The Whisper PSU power supply unit is used to provide both +48VDC power and DMX

5pin DMX512 input and through connector, and standard 4pin XLR connectors for the color changers. It is normal practice to create a loop for connecting the color changers as this avoids voltage-drop problems and line terminations. For this reason, both a male and female 4pin connector are provided.
